Museum of HIV/AIDS Corpse, Thailand
This Museum was located on Wat Siam Lopburi, Thailand . The purpose of this museum are for fulfill the corpse desire before they die, they want to show you and give a lessons for all people how dangerous HIV/AIDS is.
If you see clearly on this picture you can see on the edge of the corpse foot there's a liquid even the corpse are already dried off. And if you see clearly you can see that there's a weird organism like a larva on its foot--> check kaki pic.
The first case of AIDS in Thailand occurred in 1984. For the next few years, gay men, sex workers, injecting drug users and tourists were more commonly affected than other groups.
* The majority of Thailand’s HIV infections (around 80%) occur through heterosexual sex.
*HIV affects more men than women in Thailand; the male-female ratio is 7:5
*HIV prevalence among pregnant women, which reached a peak of 2.35% in 1995, had fallen to 1.18% by 2003.
*An estimated 1 in 5 new HIV infections in Thailand are attributable to unprotected sex between men.
